NEWS AND EVENTS
Mrs Bernice Osakha Aliyu joined the Weltek team as the new Chief
Financial Officer January 7th, 2008. Mrs Aliyu holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and
MBA degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
Before joining Weltek Mrs. Aliyu has worked in various capacities in
Accounting and for some major corporations including Shell
Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria as Senior Project
Accountant, Trade Bank Plc as Head of Accounts and Akintola
Williams & Co (Chartered Accountants).
The entire staff of Weltek and our shareholders are excited about
the prospects of a new CFO to the company.
